Material & Finish Curation
Selected samples and finishes are presented for review, ensuring aesthetic coherence and quality before production.
Mock-Up Coordination
We coordinate the production of a full guest room mock-up, manage inspection and refinements, and secure final approval prior to scaling.
Technical Coordination
Detailed shop drawings for guest rooms and public areas are coordinated and validated before production begins.
Production & Logistics Oversight
Manufacturing timelines, delivery sequencing, and logistics are carefully planned in alignment with the overall project schedule.
Installation Supervision
Where required, we oversee on-site installation to ensure that execution reflects the approved designs, standards, and overall vision.
