When the team breaks ground and puts into effect months of planning and consultation. From the moment you become a client, we work closely with you together with our supplier, to tailor-make a fully integrated turnkey tented camp solution specific to your operational requirements.
The teams role includes both the practicalities and the project management of planning and building a camp, including site preparation, construction and installation, flooring and decking, back-of-house solutions, maintenance, power generation and distribution solutions, water purification, sewage treatment, storage and reticulation, transport and logistics.
Thereafter, the team handles the camp’s maintenance – either on a full-service maintenance contract or, if you prefer to do it in-house, by training your camp managers and staff members.
On-Site Project Leadership
A project manager is always part of the on-site build team. This ensures that we can swiftly deal with any challenges would they arise. It also guarantees that we stay on track and avoid unnecessary project delays. The project manager/sales manager is in touch with the client at all stages of the build.
Senior management will also make trips to the site to personally inspect the progress of a build and ensure that you are happy with the construction phase.
Installation Team
The expert installation team has many years of experience in installing unique and sophisticated tent interiors for local and international clients. As the interior installation process can only take place once construction is complete, our team has mastered the art of working under pressure to get the job done. The quicker our installations go up, the quicker the owner can open for business.
Sustainability
Sustainability sits at the centre of our supplier’s approach. Wherever possible, materials and services are sourced locally—including artisanal, craft, and décor elements—to reduce transport requirements, limit environmental impact, and contribute positively to surrounding communities.
Where local sourcing is not feasible, materials are transported with care by road, sea, or air. Recognising the challenges associated with remote delivery, rigorous packing protocols, crating methods, and secure on-site storage practices are employed to protect materials throughout transit and installation.
Community Upliftment
Where appropriate, our supplier integrates local residents into the construction process, working under the guidance of experienced project managers. This approach supports efficiency on international builds while creating opportunities for meaningful skills development within surrounding communities.
Local teams are trained in areas such as decking, brickwork, and installation, and are closely supervised to ensure workmanship consistently meets exacting standards. Quality is never compromised in the pursuit of cost efficiencies.
At project completion, participants receive formal references outlining the skills acquired, and, where appropriate, are provided with tools or equipment to support future employment. This considered approach contributes to long-term sustainability, capacity building, and a positive legacy within the communities in which projects are realised.
